Experience the fusion of two culinary traditions on your palate

Our cuisine draws inspiration from Andalusian and Mediterranean traditions, with a strong influence from the flavours and spices of Morocco, creating a menu rich in nuance and character. We use seasonal produce, fresh fruit and vegetables from our own gardens, locally sourced fish and meat, and we make our own jams, pastries and breads from scratch.

There’s also room for creativity in our kitchen: we’re always keen to innovate and prepare dishes to suit our guests’ tastes and requests, offering a warm, authentic and personalised dining experience.

The Restaurant

At our restaurant, we are committed to traditional cuisine with Andalusian and Mediterranean influences, always with the utmost respect for our ingredients. We have our own vegetable gardens and greenhouse, which we tend with great care as we strive to become a sustainable restaurant.

We offer a classic menu featuring a variety of homemade and entirely natural dishes, with the aim of helping our guests discover and gain a better understanding of our culinary culture.

Simple, freshly prepared cuisine without any frills – these are the values that define our head chef, Vanessa Gianuzzi, and her entire team.

As well as our spectacular terrace overlooking the coast, the courtyard and the lounge, before tucking into Vanessa’s dishes you can visit our antique shop, where you’ll find furniture, fabrics, ceramics and all sorts of decorative items.

We offer a takeaway service. We also organise events and private dinners in the various venues we have available, both at the boutique hotel and in the restaurant.
